Position: Job Trainer (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an individual to work one-on-one with an intellectually disabled worker in a hotel laundry facility for 1 month. This position requires patience, focus and compassion. Experience working with and supervising working individuals with autism is a huge plus. Training will be provided regarding programing communication apps specific to non-verbal individuals. While this is a paid position, we are also open to the idea of internship credit through local universities.

Position: Job Site Supervisor (Full-Time)

Seeking an individual with Hotel Housekeeping or Hotel Kitchen experience to work with and supervise working individuals with disabilities. This position requires patience, focus and compassion. The people we serve already work in the community and want to be successful with your help. Medical benefits for successful candidates is covered in full after a probationary period. Bilingual/Spanish is a bonus.

Position: Job Trainer (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an individual to work one-on-one with an intellectually disabled worker in a hotel setting. This position requires patience, focus and compassion. Experience working with and supervising working individuals with disabilities is a huge plus. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and must be available to work between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. A good driving record and reliable transportation is a must.

The position of Enclave Supervisor I is a supervisory, direct service position. It is a full-time salaried position. This position requires great flexibility as well as the ability to self-manage. Persons in this position work one on one with persons with intellectual disabilities and must adapt to environmental and staff changes without difficulty.
