Services We Provide

FOR EMPLOYEES

Situational Assessments:

A twenty-hour assessment at a jobsite where the consumer expresses interest in working. The consumer's skills, strengths, limitations, motivations, and level of enjoyment are measured to determine if the job is a good job match for the consumer. Our staff works with the consumer to ensure safety and accuracy during the assessment.

Job development:

Exploring job openings in the community matching the consumer's expressed interests and skills. We set interviews with potential employers and accompany the consumer on the interviews.

Job Training:

Sev, Inc. staff accompanies consumers to all training offered by the employer. We conduct any additional training needed for success on the job. This includes learning the bus route to and from work.

Follow-Along:

Throughout the consumer's employment, an SEV, Inc. staff person will work to maintain and increase the consumer's independence on the job. All consumers that are a part of the supported work services will be visited two to four times per month. All consumers that are a part of the enclave group model services will have supervision and support throughout the work shift.
